Major Responsibilities:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of thermal processing and metal joining features and benefits
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders, potential customers, and executive sponsors
- Cultivate new business opportunities, expand customer base, and explore new markets
- Conduct sales calls, receive and respond to phone inquiries from customers and potential customers
- Develop and deliver quotations, provide clarification of customer requirements
- Partnering with employees at the plant level to monitor the progress of work to meet customer expectations
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- A BS degree with a technical emphasis preferred
- 5 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
- Experience in developing business in automotive or general industrial manufacturing.
- Experience in thermal processing or metals industries is preferred.
